Money lost at the ATM.

I need assistance , I lost money at the ATM in heritage mall in Port Alfred on saterday evening I called the brunch to notify them on Monday morning , they told me they close at 5:30 when I get there at 5:00 , doors were close , I was told to call customer care , customer care consultant told me to go to branch, I can only go on saterday.Please help me , my number is *** .
