Money laundry.

I went to silver Lakes auto bank capitec I have a capitec business account try to draw money from the teller which intern tells me to remove my card and then never deposit the money to me. The whole transaction went through as normal but the machine but just clicking and clicking and all of a sudden remove your card and no cash was dispatch. I went into the bank and the lady font capitec business where they inform me they need to lock a call and I have to wait 14 days to correct it. There's a totally unacceptable I was drawing money for paying salaries for my workers which I over company. They supply me a reference number but how can I wait 14 days for my money this is ridiculous I recommend this bank to no one can capitec please resolve my problem as soon as possible which and turns I will go to the media in expose you to my opinion is that you keep money 14 days earning money and interest and the customer is neglected. If you try to speak to some kind of management you get blocked I mean where is the management why are they hiding.
