Money is missing

There is a problem on my account,the money is missing, I knew I hade money in my account,5minits after I looked on the app,there is NO money. I went to the randfontein branch,and the lady said there is an hold on the money,I have used the account all the time never had this problem,this morning the lady ask me if the money was from fnb,I don't use my fnb becouse it is dorment of my fica,I have changed my surname,I want the momey to be reliese please
