Money Hacked out of my CapitecAccount

I still didn't get my money back from Capitec. I am a pensioner and very unhappy that Capitec make it out to be my fault that my money disappeared out of my account. Because I didn't click on any link, or I didn't get strange phone calls, it is my fault. So if it ever happens again, they will give my money back if I tell lies. Never tell the truth. Kind regards
