Money Hacked from Capitec Bank Account

I am very upset, my Capitec Bank Account was hacked on 26 October an R6800 taken. I am a pensioner and really need this money. CAPITEC just informed me that my money won't be paid back but declined. When it happened I immediately called the ***** department who inform me to make a statement at the South African Police which I did.

I follow all instructions from Capitec but the whole time the were saying that I didn't sent the documents they asked for. The said documents was sent to them by email on 18 November. The same documents were handed in at Pretoria East Cspitec, to Miss Napal who told me she will sent it straight to the ***** department who NEVER received the documents.

Today I was informed by Capitec that the case is closed because the correct documents was not received after it has been requested by Capitec from me. The docs was emailed on 18 Nov AGAIN.

Please can anybody help, I am a pensioner and I really need this money.
