Money gone!!!

I created a stop order for a *****ulent company and I did not sign a contract. Money was taken from my account for the first time. I called ***** and they were completely hopeless. I will go make a ***** case at the SAPS later but then I went into the bank they saw it's a Capitec bank business bank account. They now need report the company bank account but the call centre is of no help and money is gone out of my account and this business needs to be stopped and reported. I want my refund too.
