money goes missing without trace

pity there is no zero ,i receive my salary through this bank,if i have to tell you that it's not longer worth it,i would be putting it mildly .they ***** your money with no traces on bank statement ,i am changing to fnb,asap,i will no longer use them for my salary ,i am sorry ,also there's no more loyalty program for account holders ,they use to have rewards every 10th,i am doing tge same thing i have been doing,i know tge criteria of getting rewards but gues what ,they give u R3.00 for rewards but still ***** yoyr miney,i am going to take this to consumer rights ,app is always down every month end.
