Money ****** from SavingsAccount Capitec Bank

R937 was high jacked from my Savings Account by someone : Howly.com, Nicosia ( card0929) who had all my information at hand, including the 4 numbers at the back of my Capitec card. I dont know and never did any business with this person or business. I brought it immediately under the ***** dept's attention to stop the money going out of my account because it was pending to the unknown person's business. We stopped and cancelled the card immediately. The next day we went to our branch in the Strand and they issued me a new card. I went to this local branch repeatedly, without any success.They connected me to the Head Office repeatedly. The net result was a letter from a Rushdiya stating the following:"Your card details have been compromised and the merchant were able to process, transactions with your card no,CVV and the expiring date.We kindly request that you rever to the merchant ( who I do not know at all) for assistance. Your dispute will now be closed.Your understanding is appreciated ". What a cheek!!! Capitec did not refund me with one cent of the R930.97 which was ****** from my savings account. I hope that you can help me as I am a pensionar.
