Money from my capitec account vanish into thin air
On 2020/10/05 I transferred money from my capitec account to other person capitec using cellphone banking *120*3279# . the person told me that she did not receive payment from me. I then went to capitec to inquiry about this, they told me that the money is out of my bank and also the person I transferred to did not receive payment, but they told they did not know where the money goes to it just vanish on their system

06 Oct 2020, 19:01After I had quarrels with the person Mrs moyo that I was depositing money to I had to deposit again another R1000 the same day on the 2020/10/05, then capitec made their **** again to take the money from the person I deposited and deposit back to me, the one that I deposited first is still vanish into air,,, I think is an inside job. I'm no longer trusting capitec bank at all.my money is still gone and the person I was trying to deposit now we are fighting because of capitec,,, this is not a bank is a **** scheme.
