Money ****** from my Capitec account

This morning when money went through in my account an amount of R555 was deducted from my account....I have no idea who this company is (Altech Nupay) can't reverse the amount because it was a debicheck. I tried phoning the place a dead end....I went to the branch also a dead end but I manage to cancelled. I just want to know how does people get it right just to get into a person's account and take money....I mean really my last money which was for my child's school fees 😥
