Money Freezed

My money was freezed by First National Bank, on the on the 26th of November 2024 due to *****ulent Then Fnb requested for funds to be released on the 28th with all documents required to Capitec Bank. When I call, Capitec bank they always say that, they don't see any email from Fnb that is why my funds are still on hold. This has been ongoing till today. I went to Capitec yesterday to check but it looks like nothing is happening. I need my money, and just fail to understand what is really happening. Fnb has showed me the email sent numerous times for funds to be released but as for my bank,they is nothing happening.
