Money *****- no action no refund/reversal at all from Capitec: disturbing service

Money went off my account 3 times. 1 time, the money was returned after a week. The other 2 incidents after, i reported it to Capitec immediately- Capitec sent no response, money still not returned to my account. When i called them 2 weeks later to follow up, they said there is a backlog. Can you imagine? It has been over a month and my money has not been returned to my account, till today. Appalling. a Zero star rating would be more suitable.
