Money dissappear from my account

I'm an Capitec Bank client for many years now. Currently I'm a sassa dissability pensionar. I've complained to the bank previously about my money dissappearing out of my account. They told me my bank account is in a minus, therefore they just take money off which won't show on my bank account.

On Wednesday 04/06/2025 I received my sassa. My mom paid R50 over to my account the day before, in order for me to receive my total sassa. In otherwords if my mom doesn't pay over to me, I lost between R20 to R30 of my sassa pension.

On Wednesday 04/06/2025 I left R158 in my account for a debit order to be deducted on Saturday 07/06/2025. However, there is only R116 in my account today. I didn't use my card since Thursday, but still my money dissappear. R42 just gone.

This is really not funny anymore.
