money dissapeared and not helped

After doing an immediate payment to my other account up till now the funds has not been released by Capitec. They continuosly state that they are tracking the payment which is odd has i sent an additional amount this morning and that went fine.

Should we start being concerned? is capitec going bankrupt? or is our money being invested in the wrong place?
