Money disappearing in capitec accounts.

Good day. I've never been this unpleasant with a bank like capitec bank I made a complaint about a debit order that went thru that they do not want to reverse they said they will call within a week but now it's a month when you call they keep on transferring you to different consultant with no help. I.wound not recommend it to anyone I would advise people to close their accounts their monies are not safe with them. Thato Kgobe
