MONEY DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I am disgustingly disappointed with this bank and for the mere fact that no one cares where our money goes sucks. I had chat with Musawenkosi and dimakatso on whatsapp till this day I have not received any feedback. Money was deducted from my account and no one supposedly don't know where it went. I'm starting to believe capitec bank is a ****, this is not the first time it happens and no refund has been done. I don't care how small the amount was because ***** starts with these small amounts and next time they'll deduct my salary. I hate this bank wholeheartedly and I'd rather switch to another bank that makes sense.
