Money disappear into a 8 month closed acount!

The only reason I gave one star... There's no 0 star option!!! The worst banking experience in private business banking. 2 years with struggling with our designated private banker from capitec bussiness can't get hold of her, but if you call from a number she knows she suddenly picks up. Can't get you're acount closed with them, struggled 7 months to close the acount, once we managed that some clients that payed into that acount by mistake never get they're money reversed. Bussiness banker says they don't have the money, clients bank gave a letter to prove that the money is in our capitec account that was closed and doesn't exist. Business banker doesn't awnser emails from the other bank,and we must just be happy to have given a service and not payed for 3 months... So capitec where's our money?
