Money deducted twice from me.
I made an online payment to G-star Raw on the 15th December 2020 and money was pre-authorized and withdrawn from my account and on the 18th December took the money again and The 15th December money is on “unprocessed transactions “ and yes G-star Raw confirmed to have taken the amount only on the 18th December so they don’t have my money but I also don’t have the money. Capitec how can I access my money infact where is my money?
