Money deducted from my account

I'm currently experiencing the worst experience with capitec bank as money is being deducted from my account for months now, the transactions state Google online purchase pending which these transactions i did not authorise for, basically my money is not safe and I would appreciate it if I am refunded the money or i will be closing my account with Capitec bank
