Money ***** case and bad service Capitec bank

I lost my card and someone stole 10k from my money builder account through ATM withdrawal I realised this 2 days later then stopped my card and I tried calling the Capitec help line which was not helpful cause I couldn't speak to anyone and when I finally when to the Capitec woodmead brand to report this incident the teller who was helping me called their ***** department and the told me that there is nothing they can do to help when I said I needed my money they just concluded to tell me that they can't help me get my money back , the teller was asking me so many questions after wasting my time I left the bank with my without getting my money back he was only worried about me making a new card but i refused cause I don't trust them anymore and my money is not safe with Capitec and I want to close my account cause now im scared to continue banking with them. they were not helpful and I got bad service.im stressing and I need help.
