money can just go missing and no help

last year I paid extra money into my loan account the money was not allocated I then went to the branch they send proof of payment to the relevant department to date still nothing was allocated. then on the 04th of March 2026 I reported online ***** on my credit card when I called today to find out how far is my query the agent said there was nothing reported so, this is my second lost with Capitec
