Money came out of my bank account but I did not get anything!!

This is the worst bank ever! Very inconsiderate and careless with peoples money. On the 24th of June 2022, I went to make a withdrawal and at the point in time when the money was supposed to come out the lights switched off and it was load shedding by the time the generator kicked in the machine asked me to restart the entire process all over again. However my money went out! What furiates me the most is that I immediately went to the bank to get this matter resolved they told me there is nothing that they can do, even though they were fully aware of what had just happened. This happened at the most vulnerable time of my life shortly after receiving new of my my mother passing, what a huge inconvenience. I have been going back and forth with the bank till this day there has been no assistance. The thing that doesn't make any sense for every atm they do reconciliation at end of day, which means obviously there could have been an overstatement that not all funds processed that day had actually been withdrawn. Capitec I want my money!!
