<p>Good Day</p> <p>Kindly advise me on what steps to to follow after being frustrated and send pillar to pillar by Capitec Bank for reversal of duplicate EFT done buy Toptile. For the full three weeks they promised money will be reversed back in my account in 24hrs which after long wait of their investigation.</p> <p>Even today there is no money in my bank abd I keep on buying airtime to do follow up.now my biggest problem is they want to send me an e-mail with statement to check if I didn't receive the money.</p> <p>How pathetic, I received an sns notifications in the first place why can't I get smd notifications for reversal.</p> <p>My reference numbers is ********** 6</p> <p>Hope for the best advise and way forward about the matter.</p> <p>Your Sincerely</p> <p>Bopape NM</p> <p> ********** 809</p>
