Money academy from Capitec always giving out useless points not vouchers once you reach an entry

Money up academy from Capitec is programmed to give out points only no vouchers as they said,my friend got R75 when money academy started then she recruited my whole family of 4 to try money academy,all 4 of us are only getting points it's been 2 weeks now,only points to 4 of us, Capitec stop programming that money academy to give us points only,we also want vouchers too at least once an account aw points in 2 weeks, at least another week you must get points then another week get voucher,fix your bot,it should not give points always.
