Good day could i receive the debit order mandate as requested by mobi check

Did you sign up for a contract with MobiCheck? If so, since the debit order, is initiated from their side, you are required to contact them to send the DebiCheck instruction. It cannot be initiated from our side.

is Debicheck?

Debicheck is a secure debit order that allows you to electronically approve the debitorder details. This will prevent ********** debit orders from being processed.
|
How does the Debicheck process work?
|
- Your bank will send you a request to confirm the new Debicheck payment information.
Approval or authentication can be given in several ways, such as using your cellphone app, your card, and PIN (this option is available in branch only), or internet banking.
|
Please follow up with your bank to confirm the bank's specified approval process.
|
- Once you confirm that the information is correct, your bank will load the information on a mandate register and send a confirmation message TO Mobicred.
|
- Your bank must then verify the debit order information to the information on the Debicheck register every time before the debit order is processed to your account.
|
- Debicheck collections are only processed if the critical information matches. If it does not match, the Debicheck collections is rejected.
|
Please note: To receive the DebiCheck SMS notifications from your bank, ensure your latest cellphone number is updated with the bank.
|
Please contact your bank to authorise the Debicheck mandate for your Mobicred facility. Once authorised we will finalise our agreement.
