Mistake

Hello...i mistakenly put money on a wrong account and on my way home i realized that I have done a mistake i went back to capitec hoping they will reverse it for me so the consultants called head office and the gave me inc no ***9 and told me to come back after 14 days when I returned they told me that they cannot get hold of the person so i must go to the police and open a case. I went to the police and explained everything to them they told me that they cant open a case for me coz I m the one who made that mistake ..so i went back to capitec and the consultant told me to go to another police station maybe they will help me so now im confused .
