My name is Mirriam I lay a complain at Capitec yesterday about my money,I went to Capitec ATM to widraw cash about four thousand Rand,it declined while I was there massage on my app say my money had widraw I was still there at the ATM I didn't move.im not getting any response from Capitec I didn't get the cash now no one is helping I need to know what must I do with this situation??how can my money be taken while I'm the one who's standing there everyone who was infront of me they manage to get their cash my didn't dispense .massages on my app it shows that it declined in a minute is say I got the cash how pls I need my money Capitec must not play with us as client pls. I need my money.
