Missing R200 from ATM

Today 08- Aug-2024 I withdrawed R350 at Capitec Bank around 18:52 and that Capitec ATM gave me only R150 and R200 went missing . I stood there like a stupid looking at the Machine hoping it will take out that outstanding R200 but nothing happened until the next person withdrawed and got his money . I'm totally closing my account with Capitec tomorrow morning. I've such stories but now it has happened to me . What if I was far away stranded without any means . I don't expect this from a Bank , what's next it could be R200k . I'm leaving this bank ,I'm done. Previously when I withdrawed money from.Branch I got a paper written SBV and I immediately entered the branch at Carnival and showed them but they told me they're investigating , I had to fight it at Clearwater and they paid my money . Sometimes it's not about money but trust and relationship. So I don't trust this Bank and I've heard stories about it . I am warning everyone to be careful.
