Missing payshap payment

Hi am disappointed by the way capitec has been handling my payshap inquiry I made payment on the 29th of June to a FNB client even today my query has not been resolved I went to capitec branch on the 4th of July I was told the have locked inquiry I was give then 3days nothing happened then on the 4th spoke to Dalton from what's app chat told me that the inquiry was done then cancelled he gave me a new reference no they said I must give them 24hrs it's the 7th nothing it keeps saying pending payshap missing payment the person I sent money to went to FNB no payment but the money left my acc can capitec help because the payment is missing
