Missing PayShap deposit funds!!
I made a PayShap payment from Capitec & the money just vanished! The transaction was completed, I got an sms notification of the transaction and it shows in the PayShap transactions history but it is not reflecting on the recipient side. When I called the contact centre they told me that it reflected as a normal payment and would therefore take 21 - 48hrs to reflect on the recipient side. This despite it showing in the PayShap history transactions. Well, it has been more than 48hrs now and there still is no money in the account I was making payment to. I thought this was glitch that would self-correct but I am getting desperate now, I need to use my money!!!

You can clearly see that the money left my account to the FNB account. Please trace my money and send to the intended recipient or refund the initiating account. I made a number of other PayShap deposits after this one and they went through. Where is my R700??
