Missing payshap

Sunday 8 March I made a payshap payment to my Nedbank account to this day it is not reflecting meanwhile it should immediate. 9 March I logged a query re *** spoke to Thabitha no responses yet. Today I called capitec to follow up and I got so upset as to agents I spoke to Kamogelo and Duncan dropped the calls knowing they asked me to wait while they are checking. Really i dont understand this type of customer service also I dont know why im still with capitac because they always disappoint me.
