Missing payment
On the 21st of December I made a payment to FNB which failed. My account was debited with the R1500 and the funds have not been returned. I made three payments of R1500 on that morning. Two were successful. Its just the one that failed.
I have been calling since last week friday. And everyone said i should wait. Today is the 29th. I am tired of waiting and i am in desperate need of the funds.
I called in today again. I was told that they have sent an email to Interbank and they don't know how long it will take for a response. The reference I was given today is ********** 7. And I just need my money by COB. Someone has been waiting for a payment since last week and I have run out of excuses.
Please can this issue be resolved?!
