Missing money on the account from in the bank

On the 6 June I got ****** and my bag got lost that had all my personal belongings, they took my bag which had my bank cards, ID and the license along with the cellphone... So on Monday I decided to go to the bank to report the issue in order to avoid the withdrawal of money in my account mind you I'm using caoitrc as my bank because I trust them and I've never heard any inconvenience about them...... So when I got there I found out that they was a withdrawal of 5000 before I lost my bag and I wasn't aware of either received any notifications from the bank notify me about the withdrawal of money,this got me thinking as I'm the only who have access to my bank cards and the pin I'm the only who knows it... Also I found out that my limit has been increased to 5000 from the previous year and wasn't aware of that... I really want justice of my money as I'm indeed of it from capitec-bank
