Missing money in my capitec account

Capitec is the worst bank ever. Yesterday I transferred money from my capitec account to my standard bank account. I made immediate transfer. It shows thaf the immediate transfer transaction was successfull. They even charge immediate transfer fee. The money never reached my standard bank account. I made a call to capitec and enquire about the transaction they told me that on their site the transaction was successfull. I then waited hoping maybe it will reflect it never reflected. So today I called again and ask them about the transaction because the money still doesn't appear on my standard bank. They again told me that on the side the money was transferred successfully. So o decided to go to the branch. I went to Menlyn branch and ask about the missing money. They made a call and they confirmed that yesterday there was a problem with immediate transfers. They said many people were calling in about the same problem. So I still don't have my money the whole R4000 is missing and capitec didn't bother to reverse the money. All they did is to give me a reference number to follow up. They said they will try to trace the money. I regret to have capitec bank account. During pay day we have a lot of transactions to do, a lot of financial commitments to fulfill. I'm now stick in a financial burden caused by capitec.
