missing money

a debit order for my insurance went off as per my statement but i just got notification that the debit was returned.

When i called to inquire, everyone confirms that the debit order went off and they cannot allocate the money. what is frustratimng is that i am without medical aid and have a 17 month old child and i have to waiut for feedback.

If i hadnt called in, or receievd notification from my medical aid, i wouldnt have known about the missing funds. this is frustrating becuase i thought that money would be protected.
