Missing money

Capitec is getting on my nerves my child sent me money to buy building materials i spent the money and my balance was R8475 if I'm not mistaken then i bought data through vodapay then my balance dropped from 8475 to 5000 something when I called vodacom they confirmed that they had nothing to do with my missing money the following day i went to Hluhluwe capitec branch i printed bank statement and it does not reflect where my money went and they explained with their unexplainable attitude that money is suspected because I'm not working I explained but it was all in vain because they couldn't explain to me what happened to my money I'm more than angry and I want my money back as in yesterday.
