Missing funds still

Im still waiting for capitec to bring back my money, since 5th August till to date, they still telling me about investigations, giving me different references everyday... Im thinking of suing them and closing all my accounts with them... Its like i took a loan with them meanwhile its my money😭😭💔 it breaks my heart i missed to pay my rent, i missed to pay my son's school fees... They telling me its back to the sender meanwhile its not... I have someone i know he receives unknown payments into his account almost everyday, he doesnt know where the money comes from.. But its difficult for them to bring back my money... I borrowed R2800 from my workplace, because i had no money for petrol since capitec has all my money and its difficult for them to bring into my account ***...my number ***... I called on saturday and i was told by Monday my money will be paid back into my account... I still dont see that happening... Wednesday the 17th is my birthday, how do i celebrate my day with this traumatic experience from capitec?

The option i am left with is to sue capitec for my hard earned money...
