Missing funds
If it was possible I would rate them 0 stars, Today a payshap payment was made to my fnb account but to my surprise the money never reflected to my account, when I call Capitec all they say is there’s nothing they can do , whilst the money exited the senders account and never arrived to the receiver who’s me

01 Apr 2026, 13:18I do not want to be contacted the next business day I want to be contacted now so this issue is resolved, I have bills to pay now my life is on standstill because the money never got to my account, when I call they say they can’t help me, then who can help me?
