Missing funds

My dad passed away in December 2012. In June same year he had a balance of + - R12000 available according to the last statement he recieved. He was admitted in November 2012 and passed away on the 18th of December,my mom took all the necessary paper work for the funds to be transferred into a late estate account,only to be told that the account now has a balance of R1500. She requested details of where the other funds were moved to and she is still waiting for the information. Its been over a year now since we've requested this and no one can give us a proper answer. I spoke to the manager at the Fatimah branch and she told me that she is still waiting for feedback from the Photsaneng branch. 1 year later still no feedback,this is pathetic,we just need to know where the money went to and for the remaining funds to be moved. I've been too patient,CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO KNOW PLEASE.
