Missing cash
On the 25 March 2022 payment was made into my account 5 minutes after it was deposited it went out of my account I then went inside the bank to see who took my money and asked the lady at the counter to reverse it they charge me R260 and told me it will take 7-14 working days I then return to the bank after 14 days they told me now it will take 30 days for the merchant to respond I went back to the bank as the money is not back in my account please help

22 Apr 2022, 12:48I am in the Eldorado park capitec branch received a sms to come to the bank regarding the money that went missing I spoke to a agent keitumetsi mokhele extremely rude and unhelpful was yet again given the round around
