Missed payment on my credit report.

I had complained in January 2021. Query *** 7998. I got a call and an email that it resolved and a overcharged money was returned to my account. Missing debit was located and now....ON MY CREDIT REPORT THERE IS STILL A MISSED DECEMBER PAYMENT.
