I was ****med around July 16 then went straight to the bank reported the incident then was given the case number they told me that they will investigate then on the 1st September they returned the money back to my account then in October they called telling me that the case was disputed so now my question is how come they release funds while they are still busy with investigations now they took my money last week Friday and yesterday I don't know how to deal with this matter please assist me
