Misleading information by management

Recently relocated to JHB.

Required a small personal loan and had all relevant documents thats required in order to reply.

After reviewing my documentationi was advised by management that i need to wait for my 2cnd payslip from my new employer in order to apply for a loan.

I advised the consultant and manager upfront that i resigned from my previous employer on the 17 August 2016 and served a 2 week notice period. After meeting up with a horific bike accident on the 27 August 2016 and ended up in ICU for numerous of days i could not collect my final salary cheque.

Previous company issue final salary via cheque which i only collected and banked on the 03/09/2016 after being discharged from hospital. Salary reflecting for the month of September 2016, October 2016 and November 2016. this means 3 consecutive months of income irrespective of cicumstances.

I went into the Capitec Branch providing my document which includes the 2cnd salary slip from new employer as requested origanally. Ashley Wilson ( Manager ) then advised that documentation provided is not good enough. He then requested another salary slip for the month of December 2016 in order to assist laughing straigh in my face with arrogance.

Mangement should be competant to give correct information and not mislead customers under false pretence.
