Misleading Client Service
apply for a loan u get told u approved for x amount then they ask you to send all the documents and they add to it that you are approved for a credit card also then when they phone u 4 days later to go through everything on the phone again your application has all of a sudden been declined by the system and i can re apply in 3 months , poor service then just say from the start you cant assist

12 Oct 2022, 08:03Still have not received any concrete feedback just a woman telling she will phone back and then never phones back and then to top everything off then someone else from Capitec phones me to offer me the same loan they just declined after it was approved and all docs was send pathetic !!!!!
