Misleading Capitec

Capitec bank bank account opening .

I opened my bank account with Capitec via the app on 13 august 2023 it was a savings account ,I completed my authentication and biometrics they also advised via the app that delivery via the savings bank card will be free. Absolutely nonsense I was charged r100 delivery fee for a savings card whereby the app and there internet advises that the card is free is this not misleading customers and robbing them of there funds ? I also tried using the card to tap or swipe for fuel but it gets declined all the time when there was sufficient funds in the account I even activated the card on the app but still doesn't work what a waste of banking should of gone to another bank.
