Misleading and wasted my time

On saturday 01 august i went to apply for a capitec loan and the consultant wad very helpful at Capitec Elanddfontein.The Consultant did an application and told me i qualified for an amount i was looking for unfortunately we couldnt finish the whole application as he had to comfirm employment which was not possible on a saturday for me.Monday i went to Cosmo city branch which is close to my workplace.The consultant spent over 1 hour doing my application.After she was done capturing my info she told me she had to check with her Supervisor.They came back and told me that my Paid off R5000 temporary loan need to be shown as an expense.i told them that the loan was paid off as shown on the bank statement.They told me that there is a difference of R25 which gives them the right to put the whole amount as an expense.Therefore putting me in a situation where i cannot qualify.I foud this as very unreasonable and an absolute sabotage.Nothing makes sense at all.<br> <br> <br> <br>
