"Terrible experience with Capitec Bank. 3 weeks ago, I won money on Hollywoodbets and sent proof of payment, but they're still holding my funds. What's worse, they advised me to create a savings plan, encouraging me to save with them, only to stop the plan and freeze my money when I added funds. Feels like they're more interested in keeping my money than providing service. Unacceptable customer service. Drained and disappointed. Would not recommended
