Please make sure to read the fine print when taking out a vehicle loan with Capitec. They automatically add credit life insurance to the contract, even if you already have your own policy. Consultants often don’t point this out upfront, and you only notice it once you see the extra amount added to your monthly repayments.

Why is so difficult to get through to a person that I can speak to directly.
I have sent all the relevant docs with the passwords and my query is still not resolved.
Not even a courtesy call to follow through on my query.
Service is pathetic, never again will I deal the Capitec.
