misinformation from capitec bank through watsapp channells.and google search engines.

I went to capitect tygervalley yesterday (before i got there i googled if i need to have a capitec bank account to process a new smart ID) and all my reseaches showed NO! I don't need to have an account) at the bank i was helped by the branch manager which told me i need an account to process a smart ID.....(i also contacted capitec bank who chatted with me in this regard on watsapp (Nkanyesi)...and was told the same thing i don't need an account, which later turned to ...i do need an account(i have proof of this conversation aswell)why its stated on google search engines i don't need an account but when i get there its the' other way around my question is ,is this a way of luring customers to their bank in a legal/ obscure way 🙉🙉Its unacceptable.
