Misinformation

I am very disappointed !!! After being rehabilitated from the debt review process, after a 5 year period. I am being forced out of my place of residence, I then decided to instead of renting again would rather purchase a home. To do so however, I need to build up my credit rating, I then approached my bank Capitec call centre whom I've been with them for 5 years. The call informed its not a problem to apply for credit, I only need to produce at the branch the documents supp**** by my debt counsellor (Clearance Certificate, paid up letters) and supporting documents as well as proof that the DHS was indeed updated. I then went to the nearest (Reds Mall) branch yesterday, and was, firstly given the run around by the consultants who clearly was not able to assist with my query even after I have informed them that the call centre advised me that it could be done. As it stands I have lost faith in Capitec and will now consider changing banks.

Reviewer Update
I've received the call from the official of Capitec, who repeated the same story that the branch has told me which is there are still listing showing against my name. I explained to her I have the proof in writing (paid up letters from all the creditors that listed me) and the problem is that the Bureau will take their time to update. So they will see listing still on the profile. They cannot seem to understand that I have proof of the account paid up because they keep referring to the Bureau listing.

Is there anybody in Capitec who can understand my query and is capable to actually listen to my concerns and not just read what the report says. Actually look at my proof of payments and paid up letters and Clearance Certificate and then make a decision.

I have proof in the form of a Clearance Certificate and the DHS notification to the Bureaus requesting they remove my listing - so if nobody is able to assist me with this application please do not respond because you wasting my time repeating the same story I heard from the branches.
